Alternative Ways Of Donating

Giveacar

Giveacar is a not-for-profit social enterprise that can turn your old car, motorbike, caravan, or any vehicle into cash for Molly Olly’s Wishes.

They arrange free collection, then either sell your car at auction or scrap it with the proceeds (minus service fees) raised going to your charity.

Giveacar is the UK’s first car donation scheme, has won several awards, and has supported thousands of charities with the money raised from old cars.

A nationwide network of breakers yards and salvage partners is used, they handle the auction and disposal and know how to raise the best donation possible whether your car is in perfect condition or not.

Nectar

Do you have Nectar points which you haven’t used? Did you know that since January this year you can donate them to charity?

To do this, you need to create an account with Crowdfunder and link this to your Nectar account.

You can then search for Molly Olly’s Wishes and donate any number of points to us.

You don’t need to donate all of your collected points, just whatever you choose, provided that it is at least 200 (which is equivalent to £1).

EBAY

If you use eBay to buy and sell items, then you can now select Molly Ollys as your charity to give to.

If you are selling items, you can donate between 10% and 100% of your profits to us.

If you buy from eBay, all you have to do is ‘favourite’ us on your account and we’ll show up when you check out. You can donate up to £25 to us without needing to make a separate transaction.

HELP MAKE WISHES COME TRUE

Current data suggests that 12 children and young people are diagnosed with cancer every day, and that 1,900 children under the age of 14 in the UK are diagnosed each year.

More children are diagnosed with a range of other, often rare, conditions and illnesses that are also life-threatening.

Molly Ollys is committed to helping as many of these children and their families as possible, and works hard to raise the necessary funds to be able to help those who contact us.

You can help us do this by making a donation, joining in with our fundraising events, running your own events, using Give as You Live when you are shopping, and by leaving a legacy in your will. Please visit our How you can help page to find out more.
